She initially joined Zentist as Director of Operations and was rapidly promoted in recognition of her exceptional leadership, cross-functional impact, and ability to translate operational excellence into customer value.

With over a decade of global experience spanning account management, business operations, and customer success strategy, Nargis brings a unique blend of strategic foresight and executional rigor to every challenge. Her work consistently drives measurable growth, process optimization, and long-term client partnerships.

A Fulbright Scholar, Nargis holds two Master’s degrees one from the University of Oxford and another from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, where she focused on systems thinking, sustainability, and economic development.
